Listed below are links to sites with educational opportunities/continuing education opportunities to strengthen individuals in their service of the local church to advance the Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: Seminary Extension - Online, CD, independent study opportunties, etc. to earn diplomas and certificates of study in pastoral ministries, church leadership, children and youth ministry, Biblical studies, etc. Many course offerings are accepted as college credit. North Central Region DVD Library - This lending library is available to all member churches of the Tar River Baptist Association. They may be used for leadership training, personal enrichment and spiritual growth. This list will be updated regularly as new DVDs come in to the regional library. CCN Broadcasts - The above DVD original broadcasts are available to experience "live" via satelite at the TRBA Center. Individuals, small groups, and even larger groups may view the broadcasts in either the small conference room or the larger conference room (reservations and building arrangemnts must be made in advance). There is NO CHARGE for Tar River Churches. In addition to the current schedule, you can view the annual list of broadcasts by clicking here. All you need to plan a broadcast event, is found on the CCN website by clicking one of the above links. Free Audio Conferences - In partnership with the Network of Baptist Associations, these free audio conferences are provided as a link. Once registered, confirmation and reminder emails will be sent to you to allow you to sign up, etc. Click here to subscribe. PLEASE NOTE: These links take you to another associational website, so do not get them mixed up and register on their site for events they offer, etc. Network of Baptist Associations - Our Associational Missionary serves on the National Leadership Team for NoBA. This is a new group of Associational Missionaries from around the nation (already numbering more than 300) dedicated to sharing ideas, resources, helps, etc. to strengthen the local church. E-quip.net - This is a learning community available FREE to registrants offering training on a variety of relevant ministry topics. This is a ministry to the New Work areas of SBC life in North America (why re-invent the wheel when CP Funds have already set something up for us?).
